We join together for an unguided journey through the meditative embodiment of a pattern of energy, a “Wave”, formed by the 5Rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.  Each class is a spacious container for experiential inquiry, an opportunity to discover and integrate layers of your expansive Self, a chance to be reminded of the inherent wisdom of your body.  All you need is the willingness to keep moving and to trust the path that unfolds in your next step.

Created by Gabrielle Roth and practiced by tens of thousands worldwide, the 5Rhythms® are a philosophy, perspective, performance art and a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put the psyche in motion it will heal itself.  Movement is both the medicine and the metaphor, reaching across all languages, cultures and age groups to transform suffering into art, art into awareness, and awareness into action.
